Pre-Purchase Education

Pre-purchase Education

Counselors provide information and guidance designed to better prepare individuals and families for the responsibilities of homeownership. Our counselors explain the home buying process and financial aspects associated with purchasing a home. We encourage financial planning and money management, while also highlighting home maintenance and repair issues associated with your home. The Pre-purchase program is designed for current renters and potential homebuyers.

Post-Purchase Education

Post-purchase Education

Counselors provide information and guidance to assist individuals and families in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of homeownership. We teach our clients how to prepare for home maintenance and repair issues and encourage financial planning and money management. Our counselors are experts in explaining ways to avoid default and foreclosure through crisis intervention techniques that may arise when homeowners experience difficulties in meeting their mortgage obligations. Post-purchase content is delivered to homeowners after they purchase their homes.
